Building It Green, LLC is a green building certification (i.e. LEED, Green Globes, and Florida Green Building Coalition) and construction loan monitoring company. We have experience in residential and commercial construction. We work with architects, engineers, contractors and business owners to achieve their green building certification needs. Using green building products and services can not only help in lowering utility bills, they also help in achieving a better environment.
What is “green building”?
Green building is the practice of creating structures and using processes that are environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout a building's life-cycle from siting to design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation and deconstruction. (EPA.gov, Feb. 20, 2016)
